During the build, there were no gaps in communication with other team members involved and they made sure the quality met my expectations before considering the job done. I went into Texas Outdoor Patio Center to buy a griil, dual side burners, refrigerator and cabinets fir our new outdoor kitchen and was greeted by Dustin, who did a fabuolous job recommending Broilmaster and another great outdoor refrigerator brand. Dustin is excellent at customer service and product knowledge. I highly recommend vising Dustin's outdoir patio center if you have plans for purchasing higher end grills, etc.

After a purchase fell through with another vendor (indefinite backorder), Texas Outdoor Patio Center got me set up with a new grill to replace the broken built-in we had when we moved in. I was originally warned the estimated delivery date was looking like September, but they managed to get one way ahead of time and finished up the installation today! Install went great and the new grill (Broilmaster BSG343) seems like a much more quality product than what we replaced.
Communication was solid through the whole process. Very responsive over text and they really helped me out with selecting the perfect grill for my existing space. HIGHLY recommended!

Wow - talk about great customer service and being on the ball! I had a patio being built, narrowed in on a Lion grill and these cabinets that all the big companies like BBQ Guys said will take 10-12 weeks to deliver. Found Dustin who said he could obtain one faster than that and help me out, he came through on getting both the grill and cabinets within 2 weeks, just in time for the patio to be finished! It pays to actually talk to someone local who can deliver on a promise and be there for support when needed! Thanks Dustin!

Great experience. Dustin was on vacation but you can access the show room when he is away. So I confirmed that Lion grill was good for me. I paid for the online invoice. His installer was also great guy. He brought the grill, de-installed and hauled away the old one and installed the new one with reasonable price. He also cleaned after himself and did not leave anything behind. Overall, it was a very smooth experience.

I want to take the time to thank Dustin and Sergio's crew on their outstanding job from the purchase of the Lion grill set to the final install along with the creation of the custom patio and fire pit. Dustin always returned any phone calls/texts on a very prompt basis and was able to answer all my questions. His pricing was superior to any online vender I found. Furthermore, his partner Sergio was on call to complete the installation along with the other projects I needed done. During the installation process Sergio was always onsite with his crew and offered many positive insights on how to better the projects. The workmanship is truly outstanding and Dustin/Sergio will be used for further projects.

We had done all of our research online and knew the products that we wanted.We went to the Lion website and found Texas Outdoor Patio Center was a local retailer. The prices were competitive with some of the biggest online grill retailers and I was able to do all the ordering over the phone. Dustin delivered the outdoor kitchen pieces to our homewithin a week. I was starting a project to have an outdoor bar built on my patio and had no experience with planning other than looking at pictures on the internet. Recently purchased a Lion 32" gas grill from Dustin (Texas Outdoor).
We have cooked chicken breasts, shrimp, fish and they all turned out great.
We also did a rotisserie chicken and it was the best we have ever had. Can't wait to do another.
Our next project, is to smoke some ribs on the grill using our new charcoal trays.

Last summer, based on our contractor's recommendation, we installed the 4-burner 34” grill and several other Lone Star products . We have had no regrets regarding our choice of a grill. The grill is well made with premium materials. It provides sufficient heat to cook anything we have tried. The grill looks great and accents our outdoor kitchen. Initially, the grill would not ignite . I called the company, but there was no answer and I left a message. This did not upset me, because it was a holiday weekend and I really did not expect anyone to answer. To my surprise, shortly after I left my message, Dustin returned my call. After discussing the problem, he offered to send a replacement part. Given the build quality, warranty, and customer service, I recommend Lone Star Grills to anyone interested in a quality outdoor grill. Dealing with them has been a great experience and we are looking forward to years of use from our grill!
